The Facembrace Protective Masks are warranted for 30 days from the date that appears on the purchase receipt against any manufacturing defect noted before the first use. It is therefore very important to verify your mask as soon as the package is opened.  Rheabrio Customer Service must confirm that the warranty applies. Under certain conditions, Rheabrio will reimburse the defective product.

Guarantee applying to Facembrace^® Comfort Accessories for Sleep Apnea

The Facembrace Comfort Accessories are warranted for 30 days from the date that appears on the purchase receipt against any manufacturing defect. In all cases, the care instructions provided at the time of purchase and in the User Manual must be strictly followed in order for the warranty to apply. Any defective product may be exchanged for an equivalent product.

During the Facembrace Comfort Accessory development phase, we’ve evaluated and tested numerous facial morpology combinations with multiple brands of CPAP masks. However, it is possible that the Facembrace will not fit your specific facial morphology and mask brand combination.

Therefore, if you are not able to experience the benefits of the Facembrace to your complete satisfaction after a reasonable attempt to adapt to it, you will be entitled to a full refund. This clause does not apply if the comfort accessory was purchased at a discounted price lower than 75% of its regular price.
